The HF-L District PTA is planning the annual IMAGINE DAY for our students. This is a day that involves the whole school and allows our students to explore hands-on activities that open their imaginations. The day includes; Inventions, Makers, Artists, Global Connections, Innovators, Nature and Engineers. In order to make this day a reality for our students, PARENTS, GUARDIANS, & GRANDPARENTS are welcome to engage students in one of the theme projects. We need you to share with our students your job, talents, hobbies or expertise. Any help you can offer - from planning and organizing an activity that uses your expertise, to donating resources, to showing up on the day to help kids explore. Any amount of time and effort is appreciated.

IMAGINE DAY VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

Families, please take a look at the following list of supplies needed for Imagine Day (June 17). The HFL PTA would greatly appreciate your help in sending supplies from your home for our use. We are looking for everyday use items that you may have; extras, unwanted items, scraps, or recyclables.

*Donated items may be dropped off at Manor School offices.*

IMAGINE DAY ITEMS IN NEED:

•Newspaper

•Cardboard TUBES (paper towel rolls, toilet paper rolls)

•STYROFOAM egg cartons

•Clothespins (old style, round)

•Cardboard (any and all sizes!! Broken down and labels removed, if possible)

•Plastic containers (recycled)

•Fabric scraps

•Fleece scraps (37" wide)

•Yarn

•Large flat stones

•Used (stained, snagged, unwanted, etc.) tablecloths

Sign up for the Summer Reading Program hosted by Avon Central School! The program runs for three weeks beginning July 11th. Students will be paired up to work with a grad student 1:1. Families may choose a morning session (9:15-10:30 AM) or an afternoon session (12:15-1:30 PM).

HFL Summer Soccer Registration is OPEN! The HFL Recreational Soccer League is an organization that welcomes any child in the community who wants to have fun and learn soccer. Our season runs Monday and Wednesday evenings July 6th - August 1st on the field behind Manor School. See the attached flyer for more information and go to www.hfunited.org and click on the "HFL Recreational Soccer" tab to register.

Summer Rec is a partnership with Honeoye Falls, Mendon, Lima, and Community Programs that offers a wide variety of activities. Campers are grouped by grade level with activities based on the groups age. Registration is available online at:
