Our Winter Remote Conferences are coming soon! All conferences are scheduled to be held virtually via Zoom.
Conference Schedule:
Thursday, February 23, between 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 23, between 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, February 24, between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Conference scheduling will be completed through the PTC Wizard system for Grades 3-8. The system will open on Wednesday, February 15, at 7:00 p.m. and close on Tuesday, February 21, at 7:00 p.m.
Sprague teachers will reach out to families to schedule their own conferences.
PTC Wizard Scheduling
Only the primary parent/guardian contact for your student (as identified in our PowerSchool student information system at the time of registration) will receive an email communication from PTC Wizard on Thursday, February 9, with your login credentials. If the primary family contact has not received the email from PTC Wizard by Friday February 10, please contact your student’s school.
Although conference scheduling will not open up until the evening of Wednesday, February 15, please log in to the system before then to test your credentials. If you need assistance, please reach out to your child’s school through the following email address. Include your full name, your child’s full name, and a description of the issue you are having, and someone will help you as soon as possible.
Other Conference Details
The PTC Wizard log in information will come from the email address: support@ptcwizard.com with the subject, “Your PTC Wizard Log In”. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not receive it by Friday, February 10.
Only the guardian/parent who is indicated in our system as primary contact will receive the log in information from PTC Wizard. Due to our limited conference availability, we ask that our families with two households collaborate to find a time for both to attend each conference.
Families with students at both Half Day School and Daniel Wright Junior High School will have the option to schedule conferences across both schools with the same PTC Wizard account.
Conference length at Half Day is 15 minutes total.
Daniel Wright families can only schedule two 10 minute conferences out of the five core subjects with those teachers. You will receive additional information about this in a follow-up email.
Sprague teachers are scheduling their own conferences. If you have a child at Sprague, look for information to come directly from your child’s teacher.
On or before the morning of Thursday, February 23, an email will be sent with a list of Zoom links for the conferences scheduled through PTC Wizard.
Translator services are available upon request. Please contact your child’s school as soon as possible if you are in need of a translator for your conferences.
