Principal's Place
Hello Hayes Families,
I hope you are staying warm, as this blast of snow and cold has suddenly rushed in. In reflection on this past month of school, we have had so much fun together. Our annual fall fundraiser and run were a huge success. Together, we raised over $10,000 for our school. This money will go towards field trips for every scholar, enhancements to our STEAM lab & book bins for our media center. Thank you for your hard work in giving back to our community. Your partnership is so appreciated and caring!
In the month of November, at our PBIS assembly we will recognize some of our scholars who have demonstrated excellence in being caring throughout the month of October and then learn more about being an inquirer. As an IB school we teach our students to be naturally curious about the world around them. Asking questions, thinking critically, and exploring new things are stepping stones for building life-long learning skills!
I love seeing the learning through the eyes of your children each day. I am thankful for this incredible community.
In Thanks & Appreciation,
Gaeli Iverson
