Calling All Interested Coleman Parents for PTA Volunteer Opportunities:
The Coleman PTA needs a Nominating Committee to elect next school year's 2023-2024 Coleman PTA Executive Board. The nominating committee is comprised of 3 members and 2 alternates. They elect their own Chairman and meet and talk about who they would like for the open positions on the board. For next school year, we have TWO open positions for co-Vice President. Each board member's term runs from 6/1-5/31 of each school year. We would like to elect the Nominating Committee by the next PTA General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, February 8th. The nominating committee meets and contacts potential candidates for their slate by the end of March. The slate of candidates for next year's board is posted by mid-April. If any parent is interested in serving on the Nominating Committee or serving as next year's PTA co-Vice President, please email us at colemanwildcatspta@gmail.com.
