From our School Counselor:
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I want to send a huge thank you for all that have purchased
A Little SPOT of Emotion 8 Plush Toys with Feelings Book Box Set. The support for the children of Brantner is nothing but amazing.
SEL in PK/Kindergarten:
This September, we will begin Zones of Regulation. They will be learning the foundation of our Social/ Emotional Learning program (SEL) here at Brantner. They will learn these necessary skills through the end of December. Then for the second semester, they will be introduced to Little SPOT and will learn about emotions.
1st Grade-5th Grade:
For the remainder of the students, they will do a review of the Zones of Regulation September through October. This will allow any students that are new to Brantner to learn the Zones in an abbreviated version. In November, 1st-5th grade students will learn all about Little SPOT of Emotions.
Again, thank you for all your support for our SEL program here at Brantner.
