EPS is hosting an amazing fundraising event for the American Cancer Society and we need your support! The American Cancer Society’s mission is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

We are raising funds to to help improve the lives of people affected by cancer. We would love your support as we bring our fundraising vision to life. Please support EPS on Friday, October 13 by wearing PINK.

Back by popular demand, Prudence Crandall Student T-Shirts!!! Please look for the table at open house. We have a variety of children sizes available. Cash only $15.

Breakfast for ALL students will be free this year. Students will have the opportunity to eat breakfast in their classrooms from 8:25-8:55.

For those students who do not qualify for free or reduced meals, the price of lunch will be $1.75. Please use the link below for the free and reduced meal application. If you need a paper copy of the application, contact the office 860-253-6463.

Each school you, you are required to purchases iPad insurance. The replacement cost of the lost device is based on the cost of the replacement of the device at the time of loss. A student/parent/guardian is fully responsible for the replacement cost of any device lost while in their possession.

This payment will cover my student’s iPad for one occurrence during the current school year. DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS OCTOBER 15th or 30 days from the date of registration. This coverage may be renewed after each occurrence for the same fee.

Arrival- Drop Off

Students will be dropped off at the back of the building, follow the cones on the right-hand side. All 3rd grade students will be dropped off at the first door, 4th grade students will be dropped off at the second door and 5th grade students will be dropped off at the third door. All parents/guardians will remain in their cars. Follow the path around the building to exit.

Dismissal- Pick Up

Students will be dismissed from the back of the building, follow the cones on the right-hand side. Please make sure your car tag is visible for the staff. All 3rd grade students will be picked up at the first door, 4th grade students will be picked up at the second door and 5th grade students will be picked up at the third door. All parents/guardians will remain in their cars. Follow the path around the building to exit.
