Panorama Survey • April 13 - 23
This April the district is administering a Social Emotional Learning and School Climate survey, sponsored by Panorama. The survey data is used to promote better health and well-being for our youth and to improve the school learning environment.
The school climate data are confidential (the responses cannot be associated with any particular student) and the topics include:
- School Safety
- Sense of Belonging
- Support for Learning
- Rigorous Expectations
- Supportive Relationships
- Diversity and Inclusion (6-12 only)
- Cultural Awareness and Action (6-12 only)
The student social emotional survey helps us assess whether students are developing social-emotionally as self-regulated learners. This data allows the teacher or other school staff to tailor individualized instruction and supports, to help each student develop the social-emotional skills to regulate and support their own learning. The topics include:
- Growth mindset
- Self-Management
- Social Awareness
- Self-Efficacy
- Self-Efficacy in Math
- Emotion Regulation
Links can be accessed in Clever for Students, Staff, and Teachers. Families and Community members can access the survey via pusd.us/survey.

Are Cool Math Games actually Cool?
Unauthorized Google Meets
- Use Webex instead of Google Meet, as it has many more security features available
- If using Google Meet, always check that "Quick Access" is OFF. This setting can be found in the Host Controls.
- If you receive an attendance report for a Google Meet that you weren't a part of, open that Meet, make sure no one is in the Meet, and then turn Quick Access OFF to ensure it can't be used again.
