HOLIDAY CONCERT DETAILS
Elementary Holiday Concert
This year, we are allowing parents and families to attend the concert IN-PERSON in the gym on Friday, December 10th! In order to provide a safe environment, we are splitting the normal Kindergarten through 5th grade concert into 2 sections: Kindergarten - 2nd grade concert and 3rd - 5th grade concert. Each concert will be presented twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon to allow families the flexibility to choose what time would work best for you. The performances will be about 30 minutes long with a 30 minute break between to allow families and students to exit and enter the gym safely. If you have children performing in both the K-2 concert and 3-5 concert, you are welcome to stay in your seats during the 30 minute gap between concerts. Below is the schedule for the day:
Morning Concert Schedule
8:30am: Gym opens for K-2 families.
9:00am: K-2 Concert
9:30am: K-2 Concert ends; 3-5 families can begin to enter the gym.
10:00am: 3-5 Concert
Afternoon Concert Schedule
12:45pm: Gym opens for k-2 families.
1:15pm: K-2 Concert
1:45pm: K-2 Concert ends; 3-5 families can begin to enter the gym.
2:15pm: 3-5 Concert
Middle School Holiday Concert Information
Tuesday, December 21st at the Schauer Center - 1:00pm and 6:30pm
Tickets
Tickets will be $8 per person and will include access to the show along with reserved seating. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Schauer Center Box Office at 262-670-0560, ext. 3 or online at https://www.schauerevents.org/TheatreManager/1/online?event=0 . At this moment, the Schauer Center is recommending masks and social distancing. Please plan accordingly.
Both shows, the holiday concert and musical, are mandatory for students to attend as this is an integral part of their learning experience and is part of their grade in music. Please let me know as soon as possible if conflicts or emergencies arise so we can form a plan to make up for your student(s) absence.
Dress Code for 6th and 7th Graders
Students will be asked to wear all black to the concerts. The students should dress nicely for this event. All outfits must follow the Erin dress code. Some examples of what might be included is listed below.
Girls: knee-length dress, blouse and dress pants, skirt with a nice blouse and leggings underneath, black shoes
Boys: black slacks with a black collared shirt, black shoes.
Students are allowed to add the Christmas spirit to their outfits by adding a pop of color! This could include Christmas hats, scarves, ties, bowties, socks, jewelry, and more.
