What a wonderful week of celebrating our awesome teachers and support staff this week. Big thank you to all of you and our PTA for making it a special week.
In case you missed it, we had an awesome Coffee with the Principal/Counselor on Thursday. We recorded the presentation and strongly encouage you to check it out. It was great! Lost of strategies for parents over the summer to support their student's mental health. Here's a link to the slides and resources.
This week's background is more like a week in review with pictures from Teacher Appreciation Week, Mrs. Bullock's lab, the mural at the high school, community brunch and book exchange, and some active response time from the K-2 elementary class.
As always, if you have any questions, concerns, or compliments, please reach out to Mr. Fineberg, our principal, at efineberg@tustin.k12.ca.us.

Principal's Message...
It is with immense pleasure that I write to acknowledge the efforts put forth by our incredible community in celebrating our exceptional educators. Throughout the week, we had the privilege of honoring our dedicated teachers with a series of heartfelt gestures, starting with Flower Monday and culminating with a catered breakfast and lunch and beatiful display froum our PTA headed up by Linda Ly and Ziggy McBride.
It is undeniable that our teachers play an irreplaceable role in shaping the lives of our children. They inspire, guide, and nurture young minds, empowering them to reach their full potential. The success of Teacher Appreciation Week is a testament to the dedication and support of our parents, students, and staff. Your contributions, whether through donations, heartfelt messages, or acts of kindness, made this celebration truly special.
On behalf of the entire school, I extend my sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and enthusiasm.

8th grade promotion: We are looking forward to celebrating our 8th graders on May 25th at 6 pm at the K-8 campus. Students will need to bring their devices with them as well to check them in. For the ceremony, students should wear formal attire. Collard shirts and pants, dress shoes or newer sneakers. For those wearing a dress or skirt, be sure it goes beyond your fingertips. It is typically cold out, and we are outside so be sure to have a sweater/jacket. The ceremony is on blacktop so if wearing heals, you'll want a stable heal.
