NOTES:
* This is for current 4th Grade students that are slated to move to a new school for the 2019-2020 school year due to the new elementary attendance boundaries only.

Building to Building Transfer Application
The link to the online Building to Building Transfer Request form is NOW OPEN at https://secure.infosnap.com/family/gosnap.aspx?action=17403&culture=en&TriggerAutoLogOut=15. The link will will stay live through 5:00pm on February 15, 2019.
You will be required to fill out the following information:
- Parent name

- Child’s name
- Child’s grade level for the 2019-2020 school year
- Child’s home school for the 2019 – 2020 school year

Make sure that you fill out a request for each child that you want to be considered for a building to building request, even if you put their names in the “siblings” box for one of your children. The siblings box helps us cross-connect families, but we need a request for each child.
As a reminder, transportation will not be provided for building to building transfer students attending a district school outside of their home school attendance boundary. However, students approved for a building to building transfer may complete an Alternative Transportation Form http://www.westcler.org/docs/district/depts/22/TransportationDocs/WC%20transportation%20form%202017.pdf requesting transportation from an approved bus stop within the elementary attendance area for which the request was approved.
2019-2020 Kindergarten Information Night
Fill out the form below to RSVP for the event and to help us learn more about you and your child.
Winter Weather Communication
Our Director of Operations will make a recommendation to the Superintendent to close or delay school. The Superintendent will make the final decision by no later than 5:00am. We would love to make a decision sooner, and in some cases we will. However, we are working with the same weather forecast that you have at home. We know families have to make plans. We will make the necessary decision as soon as we can.
All decisions made to cancel or delay school are made with student and staff safety in mind. That is our top priority in all that we do. Once the decision to close or delay school has been made it will be posted on the District Facebook page and our Twitter feed (Social Media is the fastest way to get school information). It will also be posted on the district website and all school websites.
If you have any questions on how the decision is made to close or delay school, please contact us at info@westcler.org.

Wolves Wellness Center at West Clermont Middle School
School Based health services play a critical role in ensuring that children and youth have access to high-quality, affordable health care. By providing medical, mental health, oral health, and youth development services on school campuses, school-based health centers (SBHCs) positively impact students' health and learning. They address a wide variety of health needs, from asthma management to flu vaccination to disease prevention. At the same time, SBHC staff and other school health personnel can act as key partners in efforts to address chronic absenteeism and promote a positive school climate.
The West Clermont School District is fortunate to have a school-based health center on the campus of West Clermont Middle School on Clough Pike. The center operated by HealthSource of Ohio, provides medical and vision services to all students throughout the district. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please call the center at 513-732-5082.
