Welcoming Winter Break
A Note from Mrs. Gotfried and Mrs. Hargrave:
Thank you for your incredible and generous giving this winter season to our community! Our Winter Giving Program (formerly known as The Giving Tree) was a huge success this year. You have brought many families joy and we are sincerely grateful yet again to our amazing Findley community.
We want to wish you and your family a restful and relaxing winter break. We know it's been a busy and often challenging fall and we so appreciate your collaboration with your child's teachers and with us as educators as we all pulled together to make distance learning the best possible experience. We know we all have lots to learn still and our journey is not over yet---thank you for your continued support and collaboration during this unusual school year!
We hope you can find some time for holiday joys and little moments of peace with your family this winter break.
With gratitude,
Emily Gotfried and Susan Hargrave

Parent Partnership: Parent Wellness and Mental Health
We also had a guest speaker, Kaari Tattar, from the Parent Support Network attend to speak about what services they offer parents in the Beaverton area. One great resource to support parents right now is an online parent group, giving parents the opportunity to talk openly with each other about mental health and to share and problem solve together. Now more than ever, we need a community to support one another.
Please see information below about this amazing resource for parents.
You can contact Kaari via the email provided if you are interested in joining a group. I encourage you to check out their website to explore!
