Please ensure you have completed the online forms through ParentVue and a copy of your child's most recent physical has been submitted to the school.
Summer break is the perfect time to make sure your physical is up to date for the next year. Physicals allow a student-athlete to compete for 13 months from the date of the exam. We recommend families not to wait until close to the beginning of the sport to get their physical as it can be challenging to get appointments.
If you have not had the opportunity to get your physical yet, please see the flyer below for the Health Fair/Sports Physical on August 20th at Bethel Middle School.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mr. Lewis at Kslewis@bethelsd.org
