Hello Panther Families,

I hope everyone was able to enjoy the Labor Day weekend. We are excited that our PTA has organized the our Panther Prowl Bubble Jog-a-thon (Fun Run). Parents are invited to join us for the event and be our cheering squad! Below you will find the schedule for the Panther Prowl Bubble Jog-a-thon (Fun Run) event. We will be running on the field next to the staff parking lot by the front office.

Fun Run Schedule:

9:05am - 9:50am TK & Kinder

9:55am - 10:40am 1st/2nd grade

9:55am - 10:40 Recess (1st - 6th grade)

11:10am - 11:55am 3rd & 4th grade

12:00pm - 12:45pm 5th/6th grade

*SDC parents, please contact your child's teacher to see what time they will be running.

*Panthers, don't forget to wear running shoes, sunblock, a hat, and bring water. PTA will also be providing water for students.

For students who eat breakfast at school, please remind your child that as soon as they arrive on campus to go to the cafeteria, get their breakfast, and go to the tables to eat. There have been many students who are walking around campus or playing with their friends then decide to get their breakfast right before the cafeteria closes which does not give them sufficient time to eat their breakfast.

Reminders for the Week:

Labor Day (Legal Holiday)...Monday, September 4

There will be no school on Monday, September 4th for Labor Day. Be safe and enjoy the day off.

VAPA Week...August 21-25

This week our Panthers will have their VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) Art and P.E. classes.
