A Few Reminders for Our Thanksgiving Luncheon
We are looking forward to having you on campus tomorrow for our Thanksgiving lunch! This is sure to be a great time for our Titan Community!
Here are a couple of reminders:
As you arrive, please be mindful of our parking lot and no parking zones for our campus. You are encouraged to park at the church nearby and/or car pool if possible. Please pack your patience and grace.
Families will not be able to pull students out of class or recess to eat with siblings. This is to support our flow for our lunches considering our staffing, and we appreciate your understanding in advance. We encourage you to visit the book fair during any time you wait in between lunches.
*If you are planning to check your Titan out after lunch, you are encouraged to do so at the front office or at a table near the lunchroom with a staff member. After that is done, your student(s) will go get their stuff from the classroom and meet you in the main hallway. As a family, you do not need to go to the classroom for that. Thank you for your understanding in helping to keep our Titan's safe by following guidelines we have in place to ensure a smooth and safe time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our front office.

WATCH D.O.G.S. is a national program focusing on the prevention of violence in our children’s schools by using the positive influence of fathers and father-figures to be a positive role model for all students. The change this year is that you don't need to volunteer for an entire day; we will have hourly opportunities available should you prefer that. Anything to keep your involvement on campus!
While on campus, WATCH D.O.G.S may-
work in small groups with kids,
support staff out at recess,
support lunch room clean up and etiquette eat lunch,
monitor the school entrances and hallways,
assist with arrival and dismissal,
mentor students, and much more!
