Principal's Message...
It's time for us to make sure we confirm your intentions for the 2022/23 school year. As we approach Spring Break next Friday, it marks the home stretch and we need your help in two areas.
1) Plans for next year (clink link to let us know your plans for 22/23)
2) Reflection on this year and the future of Tustin Connect
Your feedback plays a critical role in both of these areas. Please take a few minutes to provide plans for next year. We appreciate the feedback as it's critical to ensure you are enrolled in the correct school for 2022/23. Also, as mentioned last week, we would love your feedback as we create/revisit our Schoolwide Learner Outcomes(SLOs) that reflect prerequisite skills every student will leave Tustin Connect with.
Please take a couple of minutes and complete the linked survey. It is a critical driving force as we continue to grow and improve our programs.
Lastly, the TUSD is requesting your feedback for the annual LCAP Survey. Please take a moment to complete it to ensure TC's community has a voice.
As always, if you have any questions, compliments, ideas, and/or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out at (714) 430-2052 ext. 52103 or efineberg@tustin.k12.ca.us.
Mr. Fineberg

Summer Plans?: Enrollment opened March 1st and a number of classes for the Tustin Public Schools Foundation's 11th annual Summer Academy are already filled. Mr. Fineberg serves as the director of the program which offers over 50 different options for enrichment from cooking and STEAM classes to junior scientists and more. It's awesome. Middle School Information
8th Grade Parents: Ms. Paulson will be sharing information shortly with you regarding upcoming meetings for students to learn more about the options for high school courses whether your student is continuing at TC or heading to one of TUSD's comprehensive high schools. Also, be on the lookout for an email from Ms. Paulson and Parent Promotion Chair, Ms. Higgins regarding the upcoming promotion plans and how you can get involved.
Snack Stash: Special thanks to our 6th-grade parents for their generous donations to our snack stash! It's not too late, if you'd like to send some pre-packaged snacks to your middle school classrooms, the students love the snacks.

High School Information
Disney Grad Nite: That's right, TC has its own Disney Grad Nite this year thanks to our awesome parents. Please be sure to buy your ticket by next Friday, March 11th via the PTA website. You won't want to miss this awesome opportunity.
Summer School: As mentioned last week, TCHS students will be attending summer school at their home high school. For students out of district, Tustin High School will be the designated location. Tustin Unified Summer school will only be for Validation/Course Remediation.
For students interested in course advancement students will be able to attend PCHS. Students will be asked to meet with Mr. Moreno or other TC staff member prior to completing the summer school applications. Once the meeting occurs, students will return the applications to Mr. Moreno.
The deadline is April 1st. Interested students can also make an appointment with Mr. Moreno by calling the office (714) 430-2052 or via email at gmorenoomana@tusitn.k12.ca.us.
