Celebrating Martin Luther King Jr.
January 20, 2025
Message from the Superintendent
MLK Jr. Holiday 2025
Dear North Brookfield Public Schools Families, Students, and Staff,
As we honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day on January 20th, we reflect on Dr. King’s enduring legacy and its relevance to our school community. This day is not only a time to remember his vision for equity and justice but also an opportunity to recommit ourselves to fostering inclusivity, understanding, and respect in every corner of our schools.
At North Brookfield Public Schools, we strive to create a community where every voice is valued and diversity is celebrated. By embracing these ideals, we truly honor Dr. King’s dream of a better, more equitable world.
Let today inspire us to examine how we can contribute to a culture of acceptance and empathy. Whether through meaningful conversations, educational activities, or quiet reflection, let us deepen our commitment to these principles in our classrooms and beyond.
Together, we can ensure that Dr. King’s vision lives on in our actions and in the community we continue to build.
Sincerely,
Tim
