Building a strong community
September Citizens Recognized for Respect
Welcoming families...
Congratulations Stephanie!!
5th grade student, Stephanie T., won the fire prevention poster contest! Stephanie was awarded $50, a pizza party with other students from Coon Rapids schools, and the best part... Stephanie's ride to the pizza party was compliments of the CRFD in one of their big rigs!! Way to go Stephanie!
October Citizens Recognized for Responsibility
As Trimester 1 comes to an end...
There were many great things to celebrate at Hamilton during Trimester 1! Students are working with a purpose to grow their dreams and opportunities! Staff are coming alongside students to teach them foundational learning skills to make academic progress. Our community stands with us to partner with our efforts! Together, Everyone, Achieves, More! T.E.A.M.! Thank you for your investment in growing our students into future leaders! We look forward to Trimester 2 and continuing to set goals that allow our students to see their capabilities!
Brrr... It's getting cold outside!!
It's time to pull out the winter gear!
Whether it's standing at the bus stop, walking to school, or playing outside at recess... it's time to dress warm. As the weather starts to remind us that winter is on its way, we want to make sure students have what they need. If we can be of help getting coats, mittens, hats, or boots, please let Jodi or Heidi, our school social workers, know how we can come alongside of you to help! Our school board policy states that students go out for recess unless it's 0° or -10° windchill.
