$$ for jog-a-thon
We are so grateful and thankful for all your support in our fundraising efforts! With your help we were able to raise a total of $13,336. We could not have done this without all your help and support, and the kids sure enjoyed having you cheer them on from the sidewalk! Here is how Hugh Hartman plans to budget the money:
- $350 per teacher
- $2,667.33 to playground equipment - Gaga pit
- $1,333.66 to special guest/unique opportunities
- $1,333.66 to physical education/equipment
- $1,333.66 to our school library
playground
We are adding a GAGA PIT to our Westside playground soon thanks to the fund raising support from the Jaguar Jog. We are all patiently waiting for a projected shipping date on the swings and the large climbing structure.
Hugh Hartman Bilingual Library
opting out
We love to share the joyous moments our students and staff have during our school hours and after school events. We understand that not everyone would like to participate in having their child photographed. If you would like to opt out, you do need to submit it in writing on a yearly basis and return to our front office. Please understand that this excludes your child from participating in things like Lifetouch pictures, class pictures, yearbooks, graduation programs, etc. For more information on this please click HERE to view the policy in the student rights and responsibility handbook.
19th Street parking lot reminders

When driving through the drop off, please please pull your car all the way forward towards the exit onto 19th street
Students enter and exit from the passenger side of the car
Please do not block the crosswalk or unload your student in front of the crosswalk
family engagement & evening events
Hugh Hartman event parking after school hours will be held in the parking lot off 19th street. Our building is shared with other community members and the 19th street parking lot is much larger. We continue to have many of our families attend family engagement events and feel this parking lot will meet our needs more efficiently.
