Student Led Conferences- Important information!
As your child’s school year continues to progress we would like to invite you to our 2023-2024 Fall Student-Led Portfolio Conferences. All 6th-8th grade students are expected to attend their conference and will actually lead the discussions; teachers will also be available during this time for discussions.
We would like to give all parents the opportunity to come and share your child’s learning and hear the amazing things they have been doing here at Hannah Beardsley Middle School.
You will need to schedule a time for an in-person conference.
Your student’s team will be sending an email, on Wednesday, 11/1/23, with the Sign-Up Genius link for you to choose a 30 minute time slot for your family to participate.
The Sign-Up is open from November 1st - November 17th.
Parents should only choose ONE time slot for each student and if you have multiple children, parents must sign up for each child with their assigned grade level team using the email(s) sent by SignUp Genius.
When you sign up, enter your child(s) name, but with your email address.
Times are as follows:
November 20: 8AM - 12PM
November 20: 1PM - 4PM
November 20: 5PM - 8 PM
November 21: 8AM - 11AM
Please be sure your student brings their Chromebook. A lot of the work contained in the portfolio will be found in Google Drive, accessed through their Chromebook.
We would like to meet with ALL 6th-8th grade students and their parents/guardians at this event.
We look forward to seeing you!
Enroll Now for High School
