Ingredients of Honey Cinnamon Water
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cup Water
Directions:
Step 1 Boil water and add cinnamon
Boil in 2 cups of water. Pour the boiling water on the cinnamon. Cover it and let it seep until it is warm enough to drink. You must ensure that you have powdered the cinnamon very finely so that it mixes well in the water.
Step 2 Add honey Add honey

Step 3 Drink on an empty stomach
