Dr. Looney's Message
If your child has a cell phone, you've probably provided that phone for safety purposes. You want to be sure you can get in touch with them. Sometimes, students use the phone in ways that are harmful to themselves, or harmful to others. For this reason, we are no longer allowing cell phones in the cafeteria. They still cannot have them out in class and in the hallway, now this is extended to the cafeteria. You may want to have your child keep the cell phone at home, since there is nowhere in school where it is now allowed. We need to focus on learning, not social media.
Next week are our Interims. Good news, since it will be cold this weekend, it's an excellent opportunity to snuggle up with your notes and study for interims.
Take time to be with your families. Have an awesome weekend. Reach out if you need anything.
