Hamilton Highlights

What a great week it was to be a Ranger! The theme centered around autism awareness. The Power Rangers hosted a spirit week for students to show their solidarity and support for individuals with autism. They also held a pep rally on Tuesday for the entire student body to spread awareness and get everyone hyped up for Vince Payne's Autism Game (see more info below on how that went!). On top of that, both of our basketball teams hit slam dunks with victories! That Ranger pride is running high.

Autism Awareness Week!

As mentioned above, the Power Rangers hosted a pep rally to get our whole school synergizing. Members Addy Scherer and Olivia Taylor shared information about autism with our students. There were games, raffle baskets, and prizes. Then our Power Rangers really brought out the Rowdy Rangers with some cheers to amp up support for our boys basketball team (who showed they knew how to tame those Circleville Tigers) for Vince Payne's Autism Game. It was a great day!

It's Yearbook Time!

Love is in the air and we LOVE a great sale! For the entire month of February, you can purchase your 2024 (this year's yearbook) for a discounted price of $55.00. Yearbook packages are also available. Prices will increase on March 1st. The 2024 Hamiltonian is the only history book officially documenting your high school years, so don't delay and buy yours today. Announcing Graduation 2024

The Class of 2024 has spoken! After multiple surveys completed by our senior class, this school years' graduation commencement ceremony for the Class of 2024 will be held at World Harvest Church in Canal Winchester. After four wonderful years at Fortress Obetz, the decision has been made to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for our graduating seniors and their families.

One of the primary reasons for this change is to eliminate the stress and uncertainty caused by weather-related reschedules. By moving the event indoors, we can guarantee a seamless ceremony, rain or shine. This means that everyone can look forward to celebrating this important milestone without worrying about last-minute changes due to unpredictable weather conditions.

Additionally, we recognize that families have loved ones traveling from out of state to attend the graduation ceremony. Holding the commencement at World Harvest Church provides ample time for families to plan, make necessary arrangements, and ensure that no one misses this significant event in the lives of our graduates.

It is worth noting that we have held graduation ceremonies at World Harvest prior to the COVID-19 pandemic for five successful years, so we know that this venue will provide a wonderful and memorable setting for the Class of 2024.

We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our incredible graduating class. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, May 21st at 7:00pm and stay tuned for further details as we get closer to the big day. We look forward to seeing you there!
