Ozark School District classrooms will have a bit more books in them, thanks to Ozark Board of Education Member Patty Quessenberry and the raffle she won at the Missouri School Board Association Annual Conference.
“When they called my number and I won, it was just so exciting," Quessenberry said. "If you know me, you know I love kids and reading and books. I get to give back to my community and my District with these 500 books.”

Be the "I" in KIND!
Nov. 13 was World Kindness Day and South celebrated big! Students made a paper chain with kind words and South Student Council spread kindness by passing out motivational bracelets to every student and staff member in the building! Students and staff also showed kindness by collecting non-perishable food, winter hats and gloves over the past few weeks. Collectively, the school donated over 1,000 items to The Way Community Church and their Blessing Box for those in need!
