MSD Community Update for March 15
Great News for the Manville School District!
The Manville Board of Education is excited to share the Budget for the 2023-2024 school year. The State of New Jersey and the Murphy Administration have continued their commitment to fully funding SFRA and providing our community its fair and equitable share of school aide. This continued commitment allowed the BOE and District Administration to develop a budget that ensures the continuity of the expansion of our programs that will meet the needs of our students while establishing a healthy budget that will position the MSD for a sustainable future. We will continue to invest in staffing, facilities upgrades, capital projects, and resources that will directly impact and support our students. This budget will not include any additional increases in school taxes on the Manville Community, keeping our tax levy at 0% increase for the sixth year in a row.
