THE REBEL CONNECT
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
Last Week of School
As we wrap up the last 4 days of school, we want to thank you for your support for another great school year. Our students experienced challenges along with success in the many aspects of our campus culture through classwork and extracurricular activities. We are happy to see the growth of our scholars and we wish you and your family a great Summer Break.
To our 8th graders: It has been a pleasure to have you on our campus coming in from elementary year 1 as a 6th grader and now leaving to high school year 3 as an 8th grader. Go out and do the great things that have been preparing yourself to do while you were here at Ross. We look forward to you coming back and doing the Senior Walk and sharing your story. Be great! Work Hard! Take care of the little things!
With love,
APO
Yearbook Distribution Ended Last Week
Students can still order a yearbook at treering.com, but they will need to pay shipping & handling to get the book delivered to their home address.
If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Ana Nunez.
Thank you!
Uniform Donation for Free Dress: June 3 to June 6
Every year, students have the opportunity to help out a fellow peer that may need a uniform. Uniforms that are donated are donated because they usually don't fit as students outgrow them. In exchange for the donation, students will earn free dress starting their designated day. It is NOT a requirement and is strictly voluntary so students will be expected to be in uniform the last week if a donation is not made. *Please keep in mind that 6th and 7th graders will need the same color uniform for next year*
*June 3-8th graders who donate their uniform in the cafeteria will have free dress the last week of school [must follow NISD dress code policy]. No permissions slip needed.
*June 4- 7th graders who are wanting to donate MUST turn in the permission slip for donation to wear free dress the last week of school [must follow NISD dress code policy].
* June 5-6th Graders who are wanting to donate MUST turn in the permission slip for donation to wear free dress the last week of school (must follow NISD dress code policy).
Permission slips have been given distributed to 6th and 7th grade students last Friday and students will turn in the slip with their donations the following this week.
We will start collecting their permission slips + donations in their holding areas (7th-upper gym, 6th- lower gym) on donation day. Additionally, slips and donations can be turned into the front office on their designated day. **Students that DO NOT DONATE are expected to be in their respective uniform this week**
Contact the APO for any questions or concerns
Lost and Found
Please encourage your son/daughter to check the APO for any lost items that may have been found. We still have a lot of jackets, backpacks, water bottles among other things. They will be donated at the end of the week.
Thank you!

It is intended specifically to inform parents and guardians about a school’s individual characteristics and its academic performance.
The 2021-2022 School Report Cards are also available on the Texas Education Agency’s website.
