“Where faith soars, minds excel, and futures ignite”
Week of November 30th - December 7th
2023-2024 School Year - Issue #14
“Advent is a journey towards Bethlehem."
~Pope Francis
Hello St. Michael- St. Clement Students and Families,
As you read this, December is just around the corner, and the joyous season of Advent is upon us. Additionally, we are merely a fortnight away from embarking on a well-deserved and lengthy Christmas Vacation.
Advent serves as a time of delightful anticipation, where we diligently prepare our hearts for the forthcoming Christmas festivities. During these weeks leading up to the birth of Christ, Christians across the globe engage in prayer, repentance, and deep contemplation of God's benevolence and unwavering promises. Even amidst the most arduous trials, we are constantly reminded of God's unwavering love for every living being.
In the following two weeks, we shall illuminate our wreath in the main lobby, symbolizing the celebration of this exultant period.
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp

Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
