MAINTENANCE / GROUNDS / TRANSPORTATION

  • The Finley-Oates Roofing Project is in full swing. The roof coating is being applied on the r-panel and the liner is being installed on the semi-flat roof.


  • The Finley-Oates Flooring Project has started and they are moving quickly throughout the building.


  • The grass, clover, and weeds are growing so our grounds guys are staying busy with mowing, edging, trimming, and spraying.

  • Our guys have assisted the Sign Depot with installing the LCD signage on Bailey Inglish.


  • We have received the LED lights for the tennis courts and they are being installed.

TECHNOLOGY

  • The Tech Team helped with tech set-up for end-of-year banquets and ceremonies and provided tech, sound, and video streaming for BHS graduation.


  • Our team has transitioned FCSSA to Honey Grove's Google accounts.

  • We are working with Paris Office Equipment on upgrading and installing new copy machines on all campuses.

  • The Tech Department have delivered and setup all the new desktops for the secretaries and receptionists throughout the district.


  • Summer plans are being made: backup upgrades, devices repair, firewall improvements, security camera upgrades and many others just to name a few.


  • 100 new Chromebooks have been setup for the LH Rather campus.


  • We are working with Quality Installations on redesigning and moving the sound system in the BHS Leonard A. Gerner Gymnasium.
