Kibwana Wright, a parent trainer for Parents Offering Parents Information & Networking (POPIN), has over twenty years of experience working as a human services professional, serving families and children of higher risks due to socioeconomics or disabilities. As a disabled veteran and a mother of children with disabilities, she understands the unique challenges parents face daily, navigating the medical and educational process to ensure that their children have access to the resources in the least restrictive environment possible.

Parents Offering Parents Information & Networking (POPIN)
Parents Offering Parents Information & Networking (POPIN), a program of Family Network on Disabilities (FND), is funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). We provide parent training & information (PTI) services to the North Florida region. (Escambia to Brevard County) This program helps to ensure that parents of children with a full range of disabilities have the training and information they need to prepare their children for school and lead productive, independent lives to the fullest extent possible.
