Mary M. Bethune Elementary Weekly Communication
Principal Evans' Message
Dear Panther Families,,
I hope you are doing well. As we wrap up another week at Bethune Elementary School, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your patience and understanding during the inclement weather we've experienced. Dealing with weather challenges can be demanding, but your cooperation and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students.
Despite the weather-related adjustments, it's been another fantastic week at our school. Our students continue to impress us with their dedication to learning, and our teachers are working hard to create engaging and supportive virtual and in-person learning environments.
As we approach the weekend, I want to take a moment to wish you and your family a Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend. This is a time to reflect on Dr. King's legacy and the values he championed—equality, justice, and unity. May this weekend be an opportunity for meaningful conversations and moments of inspiration.
Thank you for your ongoing support, collaboration, and for being an essential part of our school community. Together, we navigate challenges and celebrate successes, creating an environment where every student can thrive.
Wishing you a restful weekend and looking forward to another great week ahead.
