We are now using TEAMS for computer meetings. It works very similar to zoom. If you are in your computer, you will be able to use it with no problem. If you are using your phone, you will need to download the TEAMS app. This meeting is for any parent - we will be talking about the calendar and basic school information. Have a general question? Come and join me every Wednesday from12:30 to 1:30pm

To develop responsibility in your teen, be specific

You can't wave a wand and make your teen suddenly more responsible. But you can change specific behaviors. For example, if you want your teen to improve homework habits, list specific tasks you expect (bring the assignments home, do them at a regular time, etc.). Encourage your teen to use organizational tools, like an assignment book and sticky notes to mark what to bring home. Then, praise your student when you notice changes.

CENTRAL GWINNETT HIGH SCHOOL @cghs.knightnation

We are excited to welcome parents to the Central Gwinnett High School Parent Center. It is located next to the Student Support Center, across from the Front Office at the bus lane entrance of the school. The parent center is a place where parents can learn about curriculum, communicating with teachers, community resources and ways to support their children's learning. We look forward to meeting and building a partnership with all of our Central Gwinnett Parents.

School Board meetings typically are held on the third Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. The School Board meets at the school system’s J. Alvin Wilbanks Instructional Support Center, located at 437 Old Peachtree Road in Suwanee. All meetings, except executive sessions, are open to the public and the news media.
