COOKS AT THE CAPITAL

COOKS AT THE CAPITOL: Jasmine and Jordan, fifth-grade students and Cooking Club graduates at East Elementary School, spoke with Governor Mike Parson, school board members from across Missouri, and JC Schools Superintendent Dr. Larry Linthacum about their cooking club experience today in the Capitol's third-floor rotunda! They joined East Elementary School Counselor Ruthie Eichholz, JC Healthy Schools Coordinator Kelsey Chrisman, and JC Schools Director of Healthy Services Chad Sooter for the Missouri School Boards' Association's student showcase.

GIRLS ON THE RUN CELEBRATION 5K - SATURDAY, APRIL 30TH

OUR TEAMS FROM BELAIR AND CALLAWAY HILLS WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN THIS FUN 5K AS WE CELEBRATE OUR SPRING 2022 SEASON!!

COMMUNITY RUNNERS WELCOME!

Adults 13 yrs+ - $25

Kids 6-12 yrs - $10

All community runners will receive a t-shirt and medal. Shirts will be available on the day of the race. Community runners are welcome to arrive at 9 AM to participate in pre-race activities or may arrive as late as 9:45 AM to check-in. The community runner race will begin at 10 AM, with the GOTR girls beginning at about 10:05 AM.
