Barclay Bulletin

One Month Away!
Enclosed in the placement letter envelope for primary residence will be two Pick-Up Pal cards. Please do not discard the Pick-Up Pals because they are used for our end of the day dismissal as well as early dismissals from the main office. You (or anyone you choose) simply shows the Pick-Up Pal to our building staff and we won't need to check further identification. It will be helpful if any adult you intend to have pick up from school is on the student release form (distributed during Meet and Greet or sent home with students after the first day of school). Please do not ask for additional Pick-Up Pals from the building. We recognize that there are a variety of circumstances that impact family structures, but we want to keep our structures in place for student safety. If you lose the Pick-Up Pals notify the office and we will issue the family a new set of two cards with a different identification from the original set.
The Barclay Bulletin will be my main form of regular communication with families, You may see the occasional email blast, but this Bulletin will provide valuable information throughout the school year. Once it is emailed it will also be linked to the Barclay website. You can find archived Bulletins there also.
Below is information about our Meet and Greet. Please look it over - the linked document will give you the best information regarding what door to enter for the Meet and Greet. We open multiple entrances at the same time to avoid a long line at our front entrance.
