Hubbard Woods Update

Dear Hubbard Woods Families,

I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend. Below you will find some new information as well as a repeat of some important information for the coming week.

Thursday is a school pajama day for those that so desire. Please keep an eye on the weather as you choose pajamas. It looks like it will be a snowy day!

Repeat from last week:

We look forward to our Winter Showcase tomorrow. We will divide into three groups so that we can fit in the auditorium.

Families with last names beginning:

O-Z will attend the 9:00 AM performance

H-N will attend the 10:30 AM performance

A-G will attend the 1:00 PM performance

Please note that ALL adults attending the event will need to be screened by presenting a valid ID. If you have recently been screened, your pass can be printed ahead of time and you can pick it up at a table in the foyer. If you need to be screened, please note that on the day of the event there will be a line as this process takes time. We will start the performance at the times listed above and cannot wait for everyone to get through the system. Come early if you are needing to screen the day of the event. You may come earlier in the week to be screened as well. This is strongly recommended to avoid any disappointment of missing the beginning of the show.

If someone is attending that cannot screen early, it is possible to screen them if a picture of the front of their ID is sent to Rosa Kanellos. She can manually input the number for the screening. Her email is rosakanellos@winnetka36.org

3:15pm | Tuesdays through Fridays Grades 1-4 & Stay and Play/Bridge Care Dismissal
