Health Tip of the Week
Adults should get at least 7 hours a night of sleep, but one-third of US adults report that they usually get less. Not getting enough sleep is linked with many chronic diseases and conditions, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and depression. Not getting enough sleep can also lead to motor vehicle crashes and mistakes at work.

Students should visit the eCLASS page or Google Classroom of each of their teachers to find their digital work for the day. Teachers will have specific office hours students can visit if they have questions.
To ensure that students have a nutritious lunch to fuel their learning, bus drivers will be on the road and at every bus stop to deliver meals prepared by the School Nutrition Program staff. Families can expect buses to run their routes from approximately 10:45 a.m. to noon, beginning at the first stops on the route on September 15. These delivered meals are provided at no cost to families and to anyone 18 years old and under.

With its user-friendly interface, ParentSquare offers seamless two-way communication through text, newsletters, posts, emergency alerts, and direct messaging. One of our favorite features is the integrated translation feature, which enables automatic translations for multilingual families.
