Bell Schedule - Logging In -Support
What is the Bell Schedule
- Schedule 1 is for the first week of school
- Schedule 2 is for the remainder of Online Learning through November 6th.
** Small Group Intervention Time will begin on Thursday August 20, 2020. Counselors will send calendar invites for students attend and learn about the new digital planner, systems of support and the basics of Google Classroom.
Where do I go on Day 1?
- Students can log into their AERIES account and find the Google classroom codes and the link to the teachers website which has their video link for class. (Picture below
- Teachers will be sending out their Login info via an AERIES notification e-mail by Friday 8/14/2020 with Classroom codes and login information.
- Students can check their HUSD G-Mail accounts for the invitations to teachers Google Classrooms with a link to join and the information for the video link. (Picture Below)
** IMPORTANT - Students will login for EVERY CLASS during the first week of instruction. (See schedule above)
How can I get Support?
Login Information
1. Username is First Name Initial + Last Name Initial + Lunch Number+ @stu.hemetusd.org
Ex: Jonathon Workman with lunch number 123456 would be: JW123456@hemetusd.org
2. The initial password will be "welcome".
***If students need support changing their passwords, they can e-mail any of their teachers, or the school Library Media Tech, Kenia Harding: Kharding@hemetusd.org
AERIES can be accessed from the HUSD website, or the DVMS website.
