PIC OF THE WEEK:
Kandsley and Kinley at the Disney Thanksgiving Day Parade #AllAmericans
From the Principal's Desk
14.5 Days. Everyone is thinking about it. Everyone is counting down until that long winter break.
There is a lot of work to do in those three weeks though.
We are all going to work hard and play hard at GMS as we finish up this 9 weeks. This is the time that we want to make sure we put as much effort into those projects and CASE tests as we do our Barbie and Taylor Swift dress up day outfit. We want to be relaxed on pajama day so we can finish up that assignment in social studies and present it to the class like we were pitching a million dollar idea. Those ugly Christmas sweaters will only take 2nd prize to that math test score your student worked so hard to achieve.
I could write a million of those, but it all comes down to working hard when it counts and finishing this grading period right…and having some fun while doing it.
Take a look at the calendars below, plan ahead, and let’s finish this thing right!
If you are looking for something truly amazing to see, please come Tuesday night to our GMS Chorus Concert. Mrs. Lafever and her students have something special planned for this year!
