GJSHS completed our first ever virtual WASC visit this past week! The visiting team observed classrooms and had meetings with students, staff, and parents all via Zoom! We received great feedback and should receive our final report within the next month. Thank you to all of you who participated!
GJSHS still has space for students interested in participating in a conditioning hub beginning the week of October 5. Bridgett Bustamante is looking for student-athletes who are interested in getting back in shape for the anticipated return of sports. If you are interested, please email me as the number of students will be limited!
This week some of you may have received a text, email, or phone call regarding an absence for your child. Attendance is taken in both synchronous (daily live instruction via Zoom) as well as asynchronous (Canvas, APEX, etc.) learning times. This year we are reporting engagement in distance learning to the state. Please contact your child's teacher or the office if you have questions.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are here to help!
