School Lunch and Breakfast

The Food Service Department is experiencing trouble receiving products from their supplier. This is causing changes to the menu throughout the week. Attention Neihardt families! On September 9th, 2021 from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm. Neihardt will host a carnival-like wellness tailgate party to kick off 2021-2022 Neihardt wellness. Kids can earn tickets for participating in tailgate games and events, and redeem their tickets for awesome prizes at the prize table.

Millard South student athletes will be volunteering to help run our tailgate stations, and the Millard West Cross-Country team will be in attendance to help train all knights for the BOOSTERTHON fundraiser coming in the Spring. Prize tickets will be offered for participating in a short training run with the Wildcats team.

Remember the theme is “Wellness Tailgate” so represent your favorite teams and come support Neihardt Wellness in a fun family environment that promotes Eating Healthy, Getting Active, and Making a Difference. We hope to see all of our knights in attendance. Thank you for your support of a healthy culture at Neihardt.

Information in regards to the WATCHDOG program and the link to the Sign Up Genius will be sent in a school wide email next week. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 402-715-8360.

We need your help.

Please send a change of clothing in your child's backpack in case of emergency.

We do not have enough extra clothing to provide at all times should your child has an

accident or a spill.

If you have any extra clothing that you would like to donate to the heath room, it would be greatly appreciated.

Important information for 3rd - 5th grade parents

iPad Insurance is available. Many parents requested insurance during online enrollment, but this is not activated until the $15 fee is paid. Please send $15 (cash or check) in an envelope to the school office marked with your child's name.

You also have the option of paying by credit/debit card. Parents may access Schoolpay by going directly to www.schoolpay.com or by clicking the “Pay Fees” button on the Fees screen in the Synergy ParentVue Application. If you click the button in ParentVue and are NOT yet registered in Schoolpay, it will take you through that process. NOTE: Online credit card transactions have a convenience fee of 3.6% which is automatically applied to the item. ($.54 will be added to your $15.00 payment.)

Sack lunch students can go through the lunch line and select their milk along with 2 other meal components. An example could be a student selects a milk, fruit and a vegetable. This would meet the minimum requirements for the district to receive reimbursement from the USDA and no cost to the student.

Or, if you prefer your student can purchase an individual milk for $.50.
