Welcome:
Letter From The CEO:
Welcome to October, everyone.
We have so many events running this month, I can’t cover them all in this note. I’ll highlight just a couple for you. Our second annual Bake-Off will take place on October 15. Register with us at the front desk to enter your baked goods. (Registration is required to participate.)
Families are invited to join us for our Fall Festival on October 22. The event will be full of autumn-themed activities, treats, and books. Board Game Night also returns this month on October 17. Come hang out with others from the community and make use of our board games for the evening—no need to bring your own, we have more than 50.
Our Ballot Read-Through is back this year on October 18. Like most of you, we’re voters but not lawyers, so we’ll do our best to make sense of the information on the ballot and in the blue book together.
All of our regular events are running this month too, so if you’re ready for Book Club, Food for
Thoughts, Knit and Crochet Drop-In, Writers Group, Crafters Corner, Teen Hang-Out, or Storytime, just check the listings below. We hope to see a lot of you this month. Happy Fall!
Amie P.
