Events at Zin Zen Wine Bistro

Adriatica is a quaint area nestled on 45 acres at West Virginia Parkway and Stonebridge Drive.

In this little European style village you will find cobblestone roads and beautiful architecture. The area includes beautiful buildings and landmarks, such as the Bell Tower and the secluded island chapel. The charming village atmosphere, serene residential settings, small business retail districts, and multiple recreational areas all come together to form a one of a kind experience in North Texas.

Established in 2006, Zin Zen Wine Bistro in Adriatica Village is a locally owned and operated bistro and wine bar that serves more than 100 different wines from around the world and a creative variety of menu items in a unique, relaxing setting. Patrons will find several comfortable living room seating areas, a variety of table options, and a beautiful patio in which wine aficionados or novices alike are invited to enjoy a taste, glass, or a bottle of wine.

The lounge at Zin Zen is directly off the patio on the west side of the building. In this space, there are several couches and comfy chairs nestled around a large coffee table. There are also several pairings of soft chairs with round, copper-top tables, and one four to six top dining table. This area accommodates approximately 20-25 guests. Double glass doors separate the lounge and the patio. The patio can be reserved in conjunction with the lounge to increase the guest capacity to 40-45. There is a small bar area adjacent to the lounge, used often as a buffet for event food and beverage selections.

The dining room is the main room in the restaurant. In this space, there are 8 dining tables, seating at the bar, and two areas with couches, comfy chairs, and coffee tables. This area accommodates approximately 50-55 guests. At the front of the room, there is a small stage

area for bands, DJ’s, or special displays and/or arrangements. The dining room is available:

• Mon - Fri from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Mon - Wed from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Sat from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
• any time on Sunday

The patio at Zin Zen is another nice area for groups to gather. It is on the west side of the building. In this space, there are three tables with umbrellas which provide seating for four guests each, and three pairings of chairs with a small patio tables. This area accommodates approximately 20 guests. The patio can be reserved in conjunction with the lounge to increase the guest capacity to 40-45.

At Zin Zen, events are priced as “food and beverage minimums.” There is no reservation fee, rental fee, or per-person charge for private events. The minimum varies depending on the areas reserved for the event (the main dining area, the “lounge” area, the patio, a combination of these areas or the full facility), the day of the week, and time of day. Please keep in mind, the minimum is set for the event on that day, and does not include future sales, gift cards, or certificates.

For larger reservations (more than 15), an agreement will be drafted to document the event details and specific information on set up, food and beverage selections, etc.

The event reservation is confirmed when the agreement is signed and returned and the deposit has been secured.

One week prior to the event, the final balance is due.
