I hope this email finds you well. As you know, this year marks the launch of our new five-year Strategic Plan. I’m thrilled to announce the creation of the Strategic Plan Dashboard, an innovative tool designed to provide our entire school community - including parents, guardians, staff, and community stakeholders - with a transparent and easily accessible way to track our progress.
Our commitment to excellence in education remains steadfast, and this Dashboard will serve as a key resource to ensure we stay on course and continuously improve our District for the benefit of all our staff and students.
Key Features of the Strategic Plan Dashboard:
Goals & Objectives: The Dashboard will outline our strategic goals & objectives, providing a clear roadmap for our District's future direction.
Progress Tracking: You will be able to monitor our progress as we work towards achieving our strategic goals. Use of the Dashboard will provide you with updates on various initiatives, milestones, and metrics.
Data and Metrics: The Dashboard will include key performance indicators and data points, allowing you to assess our performance and see how we are meeting our targets.
Community Engagement: The Dashboard serves as a connection point between the District and our community, a communications tool aimed at transparency, accountability, and connectivity.
We invite you to explore the Strategic Plan Dashboard, which is currently accessible through our school District's website at this link. Please note: we are still updating progress made-to-date on the Dashboard Strategy's tab, so you will notice many of our Objectives are listed as 0% progress. Rest assured, progress toward our Strategic Plan goals is being made. We wanted to get this Dashboard tool in your hands as soon as possible so you understood how the District intends to report progress and maintain transparency. Please plan to revisit the Dashboard again soon! We believe that your engagement with this tool will not only keep you informed but also empower you to actively participate in shaping the future of our District.
