Ruhkala Announcements & Schedule

Hello Ruhkala families! It’s that time of year again where you have the chance to purchase your child’s artwork on an item of your choice. Square 1 Art is a fundraiser for the VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) program here on campus.

The order forms with information about the products (with your child’s art) that are available for purchase were sent home. Online and paper order forms are due back to Mrs. Oboyski no later than Friday, April 8th. Paper order forms can be dropped in the office to be placed in the VAPA mailbox.

These will make great gifts and document your child’s artwork as they are growing up! Your purchase not only puts a smile on your child’s face, but it helps to support the VAPA program here at Ruhkala! Thank you for your continued support! Dear RUSD Elementary Families,

In order for us to begin our student placement process for the 2022-2023 school year, please complete the linked Enrollment Confirmation Form for the 2022-23 School Year. Completion of this form will help us adjust our staffing so that we can be sure there is adequate space for all children at their home school or school of choice. Completion of this form is required for EACH INDIVIDUAL STUDENT. Please complete the form as soon as possible. The deadline is Friday, April 22, 2022.

To Clear Absences:

Please contact Ms. Schrader (at rschrader@rocklinusd.org) in order to clear absences. It is very important that all absences are cleared before a student returns to campus.

Arrival: 7:40-7:50 (There is no recess before school. Students can not enter their classroom until 7:40.

Dismissal: 2:20

Medications/Immunizations:

If your child needs to have ANY medication during the school day please do the following:

• Fill in an RUSD medical form signed by a doctor.
• Bring the medication and the form to our front office.

Please bring any immunization records that are required to the office as soon as possible.
