Dear Brasser Families,
We have officially reached the half-way mark! In just a few more weeks we will be at our Mid-Winter Break.
Being we are beginning our second semester of school, we recommend taking time to talk with your children about his/her progress in school. Most students work very hard to do their best, and your acknowledgment is very important to them. For students who are struggling, your support and interest in their success is critical. We support your Right & Responsibility to inquire to the school about your child’s progress at any time. Other suggestions are: ask your child what they are most proud of and why; ask them what their greatest challenge is and how you can help them to succeed.
If you are a Buffalo Bills fan, the end of January was exciting, but ultimately heartbreaking. Did you notice what occurred at the end of the game? After the Chiefs scored in OT, Patrick Mahomes intentionally sought out Josh Allen... to congratulate him for playing an amazing game and to empathize with how Allen was feeling in that moment. This is the type of sportsmanship that epitomizes the Spartan Way and is an amazing example for our students
There are so many wonderful things going on in your child’s classroom and we hope you have a chance to hear about them each day.
