Donate Books!
We will have a box near the office during February for families to donate gently used children's books. These books will go to other Jefferson students during "I Love to Read Month."
Attendance
We send letters to student's families when they are missing higher than average school days. It is very important that your child be at school as often as possible. Please be aware that if you have received a letter from us about higher than average absences we must get Doctor's notes from you to mark future illnesses and appointments as excused. Many students begin to exceed 15 days of absences and we must mark these as unexcused without proper documentation. If you need support from us to help improve your child's attendance you are welcome to reach out to anyone at school. Your child's classroom teacher is a great place to start.
