FROM the PRINCIPAL....
Dear Westbrook Families,
It was so nice to see so many parents at parent-teacher conferences this week. We are so thankful to our amazing PTO and parent volunteers who provided meals for the staff. Your generosity to our teachers and staff is greatly appreciated. We have one more evening of conferences next Thursday, November 9th.
I want to remind parents that as the weather gets cooler, it is essential that students dress appropriately for recess. We will go outside for recess unless the "feels like" temperature is 15 degrees or lower, so students must have warm clothes. The students enjoy the cooler, snowy days when they wear boots, snow pants, hats, and gloves. Please be sure to write your child’s last name on a tag in their coat so it does not get lost.
I’d like to thank all our Veterans for their service as we celebrate Veterans Day on November 11th.
For your Children,
Danielle Crandall
