Join us as we learn simple mindfulness practices. Studies suggest that mindfulness education and lessons on techniques to calm the mind and body can reduce the negative effects on stress and increase students' ability to stay engaged, helping them stay on track academically, and avoid behavior problems. These workshops are hosted on campus in our Wellness Center, Room 25 hosted by the 10-20 Club. Register your Spartan by clicking here!
