FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION

We are so thankful for the impact our grandparents have each and every day on the students at CCS!

Thank you for sharing your love for God, for continually praying, and for building a firm foundation for the next generation.


Psalm 103:17-18 But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children's children, to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his commandments.


Psalm 100:5 For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

A NEW NAME WRITTEN DOWN IN GLORY

This week upper school students experienced a revival of faith following chapel.

With hardly a dry eye in the room, students prayed over each other and for each other's burdens.


And the best news.... one of them gave their life to Jesus!

We are so thankful for this salvation!

Mr. Yearwood welcomes students each day by going over a thought and scripture for the day.

OCTOBER HOT LUNCH ORDERS

The October Hot Lunch Menu is now available.
The last day to order is September 25th.

Please use the link https://cullmanchristian.gradelinklunch.com/ .

Make sure you select the dot beside the menu item and then press "add lunch." After all lunches are added, BEFORE YOU PRESS SUBMIT, please check and make sure that it is showing the day, the meal item, and the price of $6.00 for EACH DAY. If there is a day that does not show all three of these items, then it will not process correctly.

OUTDOOR LESSON

Students in Mrs. Parker's Kindergarten class enjoyed the fresh air and perfect fall temperatures as they studied more about the letter Nn.

XC TEAM MEMBERS COMPETED IN FIRST EVENT OF THE SEASON

On Saturday, September 9th, members of the CCS Cross Country team participated in a 5K run at Jessie Owens Park.

Great job by all!

JUNIORS & SENIORS LEARNED MORE ABOUT COLLEGE PROGRAMS

This week CCS Juniors and Seniors learned more about what Wallace State Community College has to offer. As college admission and scholarship season kicks off for seniors, they will be learning more from college visitors and at events.


Coming Up: ALACRAO College Fair - September 18 - Juniors and Seniors will attend with Mrs. Yearwood.

We believe in the power of prayer!

Each Tuesday morning parents are invited to join together in prayer.

As students dismiss to class for the day, parents may gather together in the area behind the gym to pray for our students, faculty, and staff.
