Happy Friday Kipling Families,
Congratulations to our 3rd and 2nd graders who all put on outstanding performances this week! The 3rd Grade Living Museum and the 2nd Grade Music Show were perfect examples of how our students at Kipling take their classroom learning and not only apply it but expand upon and enrich it to demonstrate their own unique understandings, styles, and personalities. Thank you for supporting them and for raising such inquisitive and creative children. Thank you as well to the 3rd Grade Teachers, the 2nd Grade Teachers, and to Ms. Brynda for all of your effort, encouragement, and guidance.

We are excited to announce that registration for the Kipling Running Club, Sole Mates, is now open!
Sole Mates is an after school program that utilizes a teacher-created curriculum that focuses on 3rd-5th graders’ many social-emotional needs. Students who participate in this program will learn strategies for fostering friendships, leadership skills, and the confidence needed to conquer their goals.
Practices will take place every Tuesday from 3:45-5pm starting on March 5th. Our season will end with a celebratory 5K run on the Deerfield High School track on Saturday, May 18th. Kipling families and staff members will be encouraged to come run with or cheer on their students at this fun event.
