CELEBRATIONS
Great things are happening at WCS!
The Woolwich WOW Ticket program is in full swing and we are well on our way to earning enough tickets for the next milestone: Royalty Day. Students earn tickets when they are caught following the Woolwich Way, being good citizens. Keep up the good work, Wildcats!!
STUDENT LEADERSHIP TEAM
We are so proud of our Student Leadership Team and of the work they do to make WCS a fun place to learn. Several members of the team made it to this Monday's school board meeting to talk about their goals and the things that they're working on as a group. They did a fantastic job representing our school!
SAVE THE DATE!
WINNERS OF THE PURPLE PENNY
Congratulations to Mrs. Keefe's third grade class who raised an amazing $346.94 for charity! They'll get to display the giant purple penny in their classroom, and record their name on the list of previous classroom winners, on the back! It was a close race seeing Mrs. Sample's Kindergarten class coming in second with $316.61 and Mrs. Plummer's Kindergarten class taking 3rd with $118.89. As a school we collected $1360.47, which will go toward helping those in out community who are in need. Thank you to all who donated!

THINGS TO TALK ABOUT
- Please remember to send a note into school when your student will be doing something different at the end of the day. Bus notes are handed out to classrooms/students at 2:30pm. It is helpful to have plans communicated to the office no later than 2:00pm in order to get students where they need to go.
- Younger students have been mixing tints and painting beautiful papers for collage next week in Art class. Collage is the art of cutting and gluing. Tints are colors mixed with white, while colors mixed with black are called shades!
