Hello SVDP Community,
This newsletter contains lots of information. I know that at the top of your interest list is our reopening. Please use this link to find all the information that was distributed yesterday.
EMERGENCY FORMS
As we prepare for a staggered arrival of students, we are dotting our i's and crossing our t's. As part of the registration for the new school year, families were asked to Print and Sign the Emergency Report. Some families provided the form, but not signed. We are asking everyone to please go back to the link, print, and sign. You will be asked to bring the form back on your child’s first day back on campus.
Visiting the link should take you to a screen like this:
Simply click the blue Download button and a PDF will automatically populate with the information you provided on your Registration Form. If anything is incorrect or incomplete, please go through the registration process again (link available on the Parent Portal) updating your family profiles and editing any information on the registration forms.
Please print and sign this document and bring to school on your child’s first day back on campus.

PERMISSIONS
As part of the hybrid model, all families are required to complete the Permission Form for Online and/or Live-Streaming Instruction for School Year 2020-2021. This form has been added as a required field in your SchoolSpeak profile.
Please follow this link to Update your family profiles once again, being sure to complete your digital signature for the above-mentioned form.

MATERIALS PICK-UP
Because we can’t welcome everyone back on Monday, we are hosting another materials pick-up. Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, September 30th. The pick-up window will be from 1PM – 4PM. This pick-up will not be organized by class, and it will not be a drive by – items will be organized alphabetically by family. We ask that one parent/guardian park your car and enter the courtyard through the east gate (closest to the church).
If you child is returning to campus next week in a cohort and they do not have an older sibling, you do not need to attend the item pick-up. All other families need to plan for this mandatory pick-up. Items included will be:
Class specific materials
RenSTAR results (3 – 8 grades)
Child’s spirit tee (courtesy of the Parent Guild)
Family name visor kit and instructions for use (courtesy of the Parent Guild)
Art supplies
Class of 2021 sweatshirts (8th grade only)
Class of 2021 masks (courtesy of the Parent Guild)
Blazer & Baubles auction items (for select families who will receive a separate email)
